President of the Board

Governor of Mazowsze Province in the years 2006-2007. He graduated from Leon Koźmiński High School, Enterpreneurship and Management Faculty - the major Management in Public Adminsitration, and from Warsaw University of Psychical Education. He was working in the Office of Warsaw District Praga-Południe of Warsaw Centre Municipality as Deputy Managing Director (1999-2001) and then as the Mayor of Warsaw Praga-Południe District (2002-2006). During exercising the function of Mazowsze Province Governor he fulfilled the role of establishing organ for 74 state-owned enterprises. As the representative of the government of the Republic in Poland in the field, he got acquainted with state policy in power sector, particularly in its aspect dealing with safety of electrical energy supplies.

He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science and Mechanics and Faculty of Economic Sciences at Warsaw University. From November 1999 member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), from April 2006 the member of ACCA Steering Committee in Poland. From November 2003 the member of American Society of Appraisers (ASA). Members of Polish Association of Business Appraisers and court expert in the field business appraisal and securities . In the years 1995-2003 he work for renowned consulting companies: Ernst & Young and Deloitte. In the period 2003 - 2007 managing director at Cann Financial Advisory. In his professional work he dealt with financial, transactional and restructuring financing. He realized numerous projects for entities representing power industry. He specializes in financial management and operating management. He is fluent in English.

Graduate from Warsaw University of Technology and Warsaw School of Economics. For 38 years working in power industry sector. Chief of Division in Żerań Heat and Power Plant (1969-1990). Member of the Management Board of Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. (1990-1005). V-ce President of the Management Board of Elektrownie Szczytowo-Pompowe S.A. (1995-2002), Director in the Controlling and Owner's Supervision Office of ESP S.A. (200-2007). His specializes in restructuring electrical power sector, in owner's supervision in Capital Groups and in the companies of the State Treasury.

He studied at Electrical Faculty at Technical University in Kielce. He graduated from his post-diploma studies in Warsaw School of Economics - economic aspects of electrical power industry transformation. Bound by his profession with power industry from 1971. In the years 1971-1975 he was the head of a unit in Kozienice Power Plant. In the years 1975-1979 he was working as traffic maintenance engineer in Jaworzno III Power Plant and Bełchatów Power Plant (1970-1986). In the years 1986-1991 he was delegated to Energorozruch Gliwice - participation in putting into operation Bełchatów Power Plant Unit BC-100 in Power Plant No. 4 in Łódź.
Chief of technological works group at Ramin Power Plant in Iran. In the years 1991-1996 Director of Bełchatów Power Plant and then President of Management Board, General Manager of Bełchatów II Power Plant(1996-1999). Member of the Management Board and President of the Management Board of Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. in the years 1999-2002. From 2002 V-ce President of the Management Board of ESP S.A. responsible, among others, for activation of sale of electrical power on Power Exchange and on Electric Power Trading Platform. He prepared Financial Department of ESP S.A. to fulfilling the functions of trade and technical operator. He participated in modernization of Water Power Plants Solina, Dychów and Żarnowiec.
