Company Development Policy
The Managing Board of the Company has defined the strategic
aims thanks to which the mission of the Company and of the Capital Group
shall be realised:
- to create a background that will facilitate economically effective development
of hydro-energy industry in harmony with the development of water resources
economy, water transport and the implementation of Eco-friendly ventures
- to maintain the income from all divisions of production activities at
a level which will secure the Company's competitive advantage in the energy
sector of the market
- to reach, between 2000 and 2004, an increase of 300 to 500 MW in the
installed capacity by means of setting up multi-energy enterprises in
the areas of operation of the Exploiting Companies which are members of
the PSPP Co. Capital Group
- more dynamic management of the Company's finance and capital view to
increasing the Company's market value, as well as creation of safe methods
of strengthening own assets with out-company (external) financial means
- to maintain the technological value of power plant's industrial property,
as well as their production capacity in full volume of top-level products-such
a level can only be reach in circumstances which will be favourable for
the functioning of the individual power plants
- to increase the value of PSPP Capital Group, as well as that of its
human potential, and to perfect the system of the Company's organisation
and management
